Algae Lab Analyser

 Product introduction

Algae lab analyzer is a special equipment specially designed for the laboratory to classify various algae and quantitatively detect the concentration of various algae
  ● detect the total concentration of chlorophyll a
  ● the algae can be classified and counted by software
  ● determination of chlorophyll photosynthetic activity
compared with the traditional culture and microscope detection method, the laboratory algae analyzer analysis is fast (3 minutes to analyze a sample), easy to operate, reduces the workload of algae analysis, and effectively reduces the human error.
the laboratory algae analyzer has high detection reliability, and the detection results are highly correlated with the classical HPLC analysis method (R2 > 0.93).
   detection principle
algae with similar photosynthetic pigment composition have similar response fluorescence spectra to excitation light of multiple set wavelengths. Because of the existence of characteristic pigments, there are obvious differences between the fluorescence spectra of different groups of algae. According to the algae fingerprint and its intensity, the algae are classified and the concentration of each type of algae is quantitatively detected.
   application
  ● water quality analysis and assessment ● Limnology research
  ● water intake survey ● reservoir monitoring ● scientific research and teaching
  Main features of products
  ● simple operation and rapid analysis
  ● the sample does not need pretreatment
  ● high detection sensitivity
  ● high detection reliability
  ● algae classification and counting are realized by software
  ● it can distinguish and detect the concentration of supraclavicular algae
   software features
  ● store data or parameters at any time
  ● image display of all measured values
  ● online display in LAN
  ● parameterize the measurement
  ● data is output in Excel or text form
  ● make remarks for each measurement
