  The principle of detection

  Based on fluorescence spectroscopy and algae dynamic fluorescence properties, different algae have different fluorescence properties molecules in different algae, and different fluorescent properties molecules absorb a certain intensity of daylight and produce the same band of fluorescence. At the same time, the specific fluorescence intensity of the same type of healthy algae is stronger than that of the pressed algae, so the concentration and activity information of different algae can be obtained by analyzing the band and strength of algae fluorescence, so as to judge the suppression of toxic substances in water samples on specific algae, so as to determine the comprehensive toxicity of water quality.
