  Toxprotect  II is an automatic monitoring system specially designed for drinking water quality safety, mainly used for emergencies or serious pollution accidents caused by harmful substances. This type of threat is characterized by the sudden appearance of highly dangerous substances. The bbe simple fish toxicity meter monitors the swimming intensity of more than 20 fish by monitoring the frequency of the beam fence being blocked by the fish. The monitoring result is given by how many times each fish is covered per minute. When the monitoring result is lower than a given limit, the alarm system will automatically start. Fish that stay at the bottom of the pool and float on the surface of the water will also be recorded. The type of fish to be selected can be determined by the user (in general, it is recommended that the length of the fish should be between 4-6cm).

  Detection principle

  Online simple fish toxicity meter determines the swimming activity of fish by measuring the frequency of up to 20 fish blocking the LED grating. The measured value is judged by the number of fish interruptions per minute. When the measured value is lower than the given threshold value at a certain time, the alarm judgment program change starts. In addition, fish that do not swim at the bottom and fish that swim in the upper part of the aquarium will be noticed. The equipment determines whether the water quality is polluted by analyzing the behavior of fish.

  Alarm verification

  Due to the random changes caused by the natural behavior of the fish, it may often accidentally reach a certain alarm standard. In order to prevent false alarms, the equipment has a verification system. During the verification, the light source of the water tank is suddenly turned off. This will usually cause a sudden increase in fish swimming frequency, but the results are different in the presence of toxic substances. By detecting the increase in fish activity when the light source is turned off, the authenticity of the alarm can be judged.
